He sees Martin Amidu result to treatise are writing disgracing him rather than building his pedigree.
“A fish starts rotting from the head and if he was there and he knew and couldn’t do anything, what is the noise he is making about? When a man is crazy… when a man is not right up there…who told him we want tutorials from him in law? Who told him that every day he should be writing statements? He should go and teach in the law school and write his statements. Why should he be writing statements and who wants to read them (anyway)?” he asked.
Speaking in an interview on Radio Gold, the former diplomat noted that when news first broke out that President Mills had appointed Mr. Amidu as the Attorney-General, their joy was beyond description since the NDC was convinced he could handle that department with ease and deliver the goods.
“When he was given the opportunity…some of us were happy when he was being sent there. This man will (definitely) do well…but he went, what did he do; he couldn’t even prosecute a fly,” Lee Ocran mocked.
He, however, said Mr Amidu was a disappointment and a total flop when he headed the A-G’s department since he (Amidu) failed to even “prosecute a fly”.
