Beyonce pulls style inspiration from net-a-porter

Forgive us for the severe "Celebs! They're just like us!" moment, but we have just uncovered a fashion easter egg that makes us feel infinitely closer to one of the most universally revered ladystars of our time: Blue Ivy's mom herself, Miss Beyoncé. Pull up a comfortable chair for this news because if you're anywhere near my league of Stannish superfandom, this will rock your afternoon. We know you've all done this. You'll be shopping online or flipping through a catalog or magazine, see an outfit that really speaks to you, and think, "Wow, I'm definitely going to try that out because it would look AMAZINGGGG on me!" So you quickly scrounge up all the necessary pieces of this dream ensemble, put it on, and WERQUE IT at your earliest chance. Wayelllll, it seems THE Queen Bey runs through this very same styling song-and-dance.

Yes, world, it looks to us that Beyoncé took her amazing technicolor dreamskirt inspiration from the talented merchandisers at Net-a-Porter. That's not to discount the sheer genius of this ensemble, though. The neon pink Michael Kors longsleeve with the colorful patchwork Etro maxi may have been inspired by this Net-a-Porter outfit, but having it all grounded by a smart Alexander Wang handbag and coordinating black accessories was all Bey. Also, *hat tip* to the brain massaging repetition of a circular motif from her sunnies to her hoops to her bangles. The Net-a-Porter number is a fantastic base that Beyoncé turned into a sort of neon Stevie Nicks, and we LOVE IT.
