50 Cent has been hospitalized with possible injuries to his neck after being involved in a horrific car crash in New York.
The rapper's SUV is reported to have collided with a mack truck last night (June 25) in Long Island Expressway in New York City.
According to ThisIs50.com, a red mack truck rear-ended 50 Cent's car, which is said to have "almost flipped over."
No more details have been released but the rapper was taken to a nearby hospital where, according to the site, doctors are running tests on his neck and back.
