Michael Jackson's grandmother Katherine
is reportedly 'blindsided' by her children's letter to the executors of
MJ's estate demanding their resignation.
As we previously reported Jackson siblings Tito, Janet, Rebie, Randy and Jermaine accused the executors of falsifying Michael's will and demanded them to resign from their positions.
Sources previously stated to TMZ that the Jacksons were suffereing financial strain and see this as a way out of their troubles.
Michael's brothers and sisters know that if Katherine dies they will not see a penny of the singer's estate which would go directly to charity and his three children.
The letter also alleged that their mother Katherine was caused so much stress by the will that she suffered a mini-stroke.
Both Katherine's lawyers and granddaughter Paris Jackson confirmed that this was simply not the case and she was in fine health.
A source told Radar Online, "[She] had absolutely NO idea that her children had written to the executors of Michael's estate. Katherine was extremely upset because this isn't something that she would ever authorize or support, period."
"Katherine has no issues with the executors, and she is satisfied with the work that John Branca and John McClain are doing. Katherine is extremely upset with her children for writing the letter, and is extremely disappointed that the letter was made public."
The source added that Katherine has requested "increases in her monthly allowance for expenses, and the Estate has never opposed that, and it has always been granted. The only thing Katherine's children are doing now is causing her more stress than she needs. Katherine has an excellent lawyer who looks out for her best interests."
