Nope it's not the real US President Barack Obama rapping over Jay-Z's '99 Problems' but a hilarious new viral parody video, made up of the leader's speeches over his presidency.
The new video, which has become a huge hit on YouTube, features Barack hitting out at Republican candidate Mitt Romney.
The President raps: "If you're having bank problems I feel bad for you son. I got 99 problems but Mitt's not one."
