Kim Kardashian might have had a frosty
reception from superstar couple Jay Z and Beyonce when she first got
together with their close friend Kanye West, but after breaking into the
star's exclusive circle the reality TV star is “loving” her new
friendship and is determined not to mess it up.
The 31 year-old was said to be desperate to be the 'Countdown' singer's BFF and worked hard on gaining her trust as soon as things turned romantic between her and Kanye. It looks to have worked as well, with the pair hanging out as they supported their men on the 'Watch The Throne' tour recently and sat together at the BET Awards on Sunday. (July 1)
"Kim has wanted to be friends with Beyoncé forever," an insider told Life &Style.
"'From the moment she started dating Kanye, it was her goal to hang with Bey."
Known for their privacy, Beyonce was said to be unimpressed when the 'Stronger' singer started dating the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star who she thought was “tacky”.
But after seeing how happy she has made the rapper, Beyonce is said to have given Kim a shot and accepted her into her clique.
"Beyoncé thinks Kim is great for Kanye. She and Jay have never seen him this content with a girlfriend,” the source went on. “They're a great match.”
The girls have got on so well that Kim, who dotes on nephew Mason has been allowed to look after Beyonce's daughter Blue Ivy.
But just because she is “in” doesn't mean the reality TV star can relax, known for her publicity loving ways Kimmie is under strict instructions that she is "not allowed to talk about” her new BFF.
"She'd be kicked out of the clique so quickly if she made any misstep," the insider explained.
"Kim has to earn everyone's trust. So she's respecting Beyoncé's privacy - and it fits in with the more private, post-divorce persona she wants anyway."
We think it's great that Kim has been welcomed by Bey and Jay, although we can't help but wish that the golden couple would let the KUWTK camera's into their lives – how amazing would it be?!
