Controversial Nollywood actress Susan Ekwe has boldly declared that she would not mind flaunting her boobs and private part in a movie.
The 25-year-old actress, who is the daughter of veteran actor, Ignis Ekwe, has carved a niche for herself as one of Nollywood’s fast rising and controversial actresses.
Recently she received widespread condemnation after extremely daring pictures of her in Dubai emerged onto the public domain. Many took to several social networking sites to condemn the photographs.
According to Linda Ikeji’s blog, the graduate of Lagos State University disclosed in an interview that she is daring and is ready for a nude role anytime.
“I am weird and very daring, so yes, I can act nude. I am available to act nude. If I can go topless, what will stop me from acting nude? There is no big deal there because I feel that it is all about being professional.”
Several well known Nollywood actresses, including Ini Edo, have over the years distanced themselves from accepting nude or porn movie roles no matter the amount of money involved. Some have said playing such roles is not African.
It was reported last year that, Nollywood actress Omoni Oboli, stunned many when she rejected an offer of a whopping US$500,000 for a lead role in a high budget movie that will cost a Hollywood producer US$40 million.
Susan Ekwe started commercial acting in 2007 and is well known for her role in the movie Desire released in 2009.
