The Fast Trach High Court on Thursday, 27th September, 2012, ordered the immediate arrest of the Chief Executive Officer Micheal Ikpoki and two senior executive for mobile telecommunications giants MTN, for failing to appear in court.
The other two are Customer Relations Executive Jemima Kotei and Chief Technical Officier John Hoffman.
The decision by the court is as a result of the failure by the three to appear in court for the third time, in a case brought against MTN by Dr. Raymond Atuguba.
The court had previously ordered MTN to restore all communication services to the plaintiff but this was yet to be complied to by the defendants.
Dr. Raymond Atuguba is said to be in court waiting for the order to be drawn, signed and the arrest effected.
