The President of Ghana, John Evans Fiifi Atta Mills has hinted that he is strong enough to be a president for the second term and he believes that Ghanaians would give him that honour.
According to Koku Anyidoho, the director of communications the president campaign message would be on peace and development. He said that the campaign would be officially launched in August.
According to Mr Anyidoho, the President has re-emphasized Ghana would come out of the elections unscathed.
He reiterated that President Mills is still committed to the Better Ghana Agenda, anchored on investing in people, building a resilient and robust economy, providing jobs and running an open, transparent and accountable governance.
Koku Anyidoho also confirmed that President Mills, and Former President Rawlings have met adding that the feedback from the rank and file of the party is positive.
According to him, the NDC is united for the December general elections.
